Overview:
John and Liz Barwell moved off the farm and bought a bed and breakfast in a country town - Methven.

They marketed their business for the first year in traditional print brochures.

At the beginning of their second year they approached 12website.com for website development - an online presence.
Their web site was operational in 10 days and this is what Liz had to say:

"I do have to say that whilst everyone seems to be down on accommodation numbers this year we have done well with almost all our bookings being via the web page.
Two travel agents from Melbourne were here last week and found our web site first up by putting in Methven b&b."

Outcome:
Liz is continuing to add guest comments to their web site and keep it up to date.
www.skibohouse.com remains as the single largest source of their bookings.
